my well being goal

my goal is to improve me attendance to 90% by week 9
- have a good attitude
    - with me teachers and my class mates.
    -  having enough sleep to stay focused and not be moody
    - getting angry with my friends
    -
-actually want to learn.
     - having a positive attitude during class time.
     - bring all the things i need to use to do my work or help me do my work
     - not having the things i need to book and all that and not getting the help i need
     -
-do my work during class.
    - getting motivated to do my work and achieve.
    - asking for help when i am stuck instead of mucking around
    -  not having the things i need to book and all that and not getting the help i need
